5. Artificial Intelligence Services
Some Services may use AI technologies. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be independently reviewed before being relied upon for business, legal, financial, or regulatory decisions.
6. Microsoft Technologies
TheCoded delivers services using Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot. Microsoft products remain subject to Microsoft’s own licensing terms where applicable.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and TheCoded is not responsible for their availability or performance.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer
The Services are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheCoded shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where necessary to protect our systems, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TheCoded Inc. is incorporated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
