The concept of innovation today, is wrapped up in technology but is increasingly driven by human-centered ingenuity. People are the foundation of success and bring our vision, mission and values to life every day. TheCoded Inc. is a woman owned, minority-identified, rising digital native startup. We are a full cycle product and engineering transcontinental technology startup, pivoted on our founders' desire to create the amazing ❤.

Though our humble beginning in 2019 we have pivoted in servant empathetic leadership and practiced lean operations with strong emphasis on meritocracy. With a small but dedicated squad, we strive to bring innovative solutions to life by applying a wealth of knowledge gained from our diverse backgrounds. We’re a global and multicultural team and our rich cultures, diverse perspectives and unique experiences fuel creativity, collaboration, innovation. More then quarter of our workforce speak two or more languages fluently. Over the past few years, we’ve made significant progress in our racial diversity, increasing the number of team members who identify as People of Color.

Our commitment to inclusion extends beyond our doors to the communities where we work. We strive to make a positive impact, providing tech education, tools and services to diverse groups where we operate. We strongly believe in inclusivity of Women in Technology and diversity through attracting talent from marginalized communities. Military veterans bring unique and valuable skill sets to the civilian workforce, we take pride in providing our veterans and military families with increased opportunities to flourish as professionals. We aspire to empowers girls and women to excel in science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math (STEAM) from the classroom to the boardroom. This is one more way we promote social equity! 

 

With the events of 2020 upending so much of what we took for granted, we now need to look ahead with focus and a desire to help people solve their challenges on their own terms. We are creating solutions for a new world where there are no borders …mapping out the new trajectory on the shoulders of the incumbents that came before us.

PAYFORWARD

PayForward apprenticeship is our CSR (corporate social responsibility) effort pivoted in our founder’s alma mater pledge to give back to the community that made us who we are today. It is a unique remote enriching and mentorship development program to help young and early career IT professionals get immersed to work in a real working environment. This is a purposeful strategy to bring diverse and inclusive interns in an engaging environment (especially Women in Tech) so that their time with us truly does enhance their lives as well as their resumes.
